Silhouettes Without A Face – Day 313, Never Give Up On Your Dreamz

Standards of beauty are as unrealistic as our need to feel beautiful.
After all,
It’s not our looks that will satiate our hunger to attract the eyes of our soulmate.
It’s our smile when alone,
Dealing with pain no one else is aware of,
Besides yourself.
The happiness you shine across the room needing no one’s company,
But,
Your own…
If glossy lips,
Curvy hips,
Rings and bracelets on a woman’s fingertips and wrists are what’s grabbing my attention,
Then I’d know my mind’s in the wrong place,
And,
There’s no time to be blindsided by voluptuous silhouettes with,
Only darkness to represent themselves…

Divided from standards muddying my means of survival.
In other words,
A journey someone will eventually find exhilarating enough to be part of,
When they’re ready…
