Blue Vision – Day 307, Never Give Up On Your Dreamz

Endearing phone calls I haven’t received in about a decade,
Taught how pointless cell phones are.
I often look back at a moment in time,
Where we’d step outside,
And,
Have no outlet to keep in touch.
Keeping us closer to the Sun,
We bathed in happily,
Instead of blue light from dusk,
Till dawn,
While wondering amongst ourselves why life seems more sorrowful than ever.
Not a single mystery there as we talk the kind of talk we don’t walk any longer.
Sharing pictures made up for the moment,
Conjuring an image we all know isn’t real,
As our way to alert others of our status while tears stay trapped behind a camera lens.
I’d rather cry out in the open where everyone can see,
Reminding humanity just how human we are,
And,
Will be till the very end…
