I try to sing a different song.
A different tune my head can bop along to.

In the blink of an eye if you take your focus off pain,
Straining your vision until it’s too blurry to face,
What made your head steam up in the first place!

That “pot” full of dreams you keep boiling away!

Stay cool.
No matter if your mind’s in a blaze.

Stay calm,
Before you send yourself into a towering rage,
Crumbling into enough pieces blocking what could’ve been your escape…
Before you’re trapped within a space,
Only getting hotter the longer you stay knowing you will never see the light of Day,
Again…
