Pixelated Elegance – Day 72, Never Give Up On Your Dreamz

Her memory is blurried whenever I try to remember her glowing cheeks rising upward.
Yet,
I remember how detached she was from the Tornado of worry swooping everyone struck by storms of deceit,
Plastered on every television screen…

Such beauty my mind,
Eyes,
Can only pixelate underneath Her cowgirl hat as she flew by past me.
Bringing my daily ramble to a halt as soon as she said,
“Don’t watch the news!”
In agreement to what had me,
Reeling!
For most of a day,
Riding inside of a train without a clear destination.
As if,
We were acquaintances,
Friends in a past life this nightmarish world won’t allow me to remember…

Almost ten years since that encounter,
Yet,
The audio is as clear as hearing myself speak just a few hours ago.
If only…
If only I was able to materialize the image of her shimmering joy,
Hoping I can replicate it rather than being devoured by a deafening play our sorrow urges us to join,
Until we do not have much of a choice…
