No one looks the same unless they’re next to doppelgangers,
But,
Most are outrageously concerned with whom their colors match with after,
Joining parties acting as a gang,
More than a group looking out for the other within middle grounds often shattered,
By everybody’s need to be in front of lines where they see red,
Leaving others blue over green without any regrets.
Spotlights meant for those who are meant to wave a white flag at the very end…
A shame it is,
How pigment flows behind our greed on a distant road,
Where our tracks are muddied by the blood that’s poured,
From addictions left unexplored.
Mary Jane with a cup of Vodka is one thing!
But,
Never do we speak of dependencies to pipe dreams of a shot at an overflow of money.
And,
Time and time again,
Do bodily fluids taint our chase for life abundant in spice and honey…
After all,
It’s all about the look,
Right?
Being presentable in fashions,
Lavish in the eyes of a lost soul who would ice,
Anybody for a chance to dance in a room full of diamonds and a cup full of lies…
And,
All sides are evenly at fault regardless of whatever excuse is put fourth.
Everybody screams,
“F politics!”
Until they’re caught politicking after poly ticks twitch in a set of minds looking for the same score.
When you put two and two together,
It all adds up to a sum of people gladly bending down on all fours,
For each other in a dirty game nobody wins beside whoever’s in the top floor…
Yet,
What do I know?
I’m just a guy on the sidelines watching this madness unfold.
Observing how the world is at a major tipping point as this reality TV show is coming to a close.
Right or left?
What will it ever matter when none of us are right,
As no one will be left in a war nobody can win unless,
We let our avarice and malice go…
